Leadership rooted in strategic execution
With more than 10 years of leadership experience in project, program, portfolio, and transformation management, Vinita Balraju combines strategic vision with pragmatic, people-focused execution. Throughout her career in the financial services and insurance sectors, she has guided complex initiatives from planning through to delivery, establishing high-performance standards, actionable governance, and lasting operational change.
Proven expertise and industry credentials
Vinita holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto alongside industry-leading designations including PMP, DASM, CAPM, FCIP, and Prosci Change Management Certification. Currently pursuing both PgMP and PMI-PMOCP credentials, she pairs deep theoretical rigour with practical delivery across enterprise modernization, digital integration, pricing models, and project recoveries.
Empowering teams and developing future leaders
Beyond delivering projects on time and within scope, Vinita is dedicated to sustainable capability building. She actively mentors emerging talent through the Rosie Mentorship Program and has instructed CIP courses via the Insurance Institute of Canada. Her collaborative approach ensures client teams gain confidence, clarity, and the internal tools needed to maintain long-term success.
